Beginning July 2018, we will no longer send separate delinquent notices 

to customers whose balance is unpaid.  

This notice will now be included on the Announcement page 

of your monthly Farmers & Merchants statement.  

It will be your responsibility to keep your balance paid on time, 

to avoid your service being shut-off for non-payment.
